I'll try to follow these rules:
  • Do abs excercises every day
  • Eat proteins every meal
  • Avoid fat
  • Avoid sugar
  • Eat little carbs
  • Drink 2 liters of water per day
  • Eat vegetables when I'm hungry
  • Eat fruit when I feel craving for sweets or chocolate
  • Do cardio fitness training 3 to 5 times a week
